01 step

Design

We employ advanced 3D CAD Software in our design and development. Every year or at any given moment there are at least 7-8 new development products underway.

Machining

Our machine shop is the core of our operations. We boast of a modern machine shop. A shop that we are constantly refreshing to have the very latest in CNC machining.

03 step

Buffing, Shot and Sand Blasting

A walk in Blasting chamber allows us to Blast even large components. We also have a variety of smaller sand blasting units for blasting and beading of smaller components.

04 step

Surface Coating

Most of these processes are done in house, for hard anodizing we have a tie-up with a partner factory, and we have a well-established process and variation control across the board.

Assembly and Testing Area

A spacious department with experienced and qualified technicians, who have been assembling these precision tools for many years.

06 step

Painting and Powder Coating

Close attention is given to the final finish. We use the best Dupont materials to impart a beautiful and tough layer to our products.
